Terms & Conditions
· Unless you have specified during the purchase that you want an express shipment, delivery is usually within 3 to 7 business days. Note that mail boxes are not accepted for delivery.
· Customers who want a refund should contact us by phone for approval. The goods must be returned together with a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. A returned product without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
· Exchanges are allowed, except for special orders and custom items. · The customer must bear the delivery costs in case of return.
· All merchandise must be in its original packaging and be resalable to be exchanged and refunded.
· You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the property to request an exchange or refund.
· The exchanges will be treated according to their availability in inventory. In case of inventory breakdown you will be notified by email or phone.
